This is a reference site about licensing and the law, so getting the facts right matters more than anything else here. We work from the GRA's published register and primary sources, review our information periodically, and date our pages — but operators and regulations change, and we can make mistakes. When we do, we want to correct them quickly and openly.

How to report an error

If you find something inaccurate or out of date — a licence number, a company name, a status, a regulatory fact, or anything else — please email editors@kenyabettingguide.com with the page and what's wrong. If you can point to the source (for example the operator's terms or the GRA's own list), even better.

What we do with it

  • We check the claim against the GRA's published register and the operator's own information.
  • If it's wrong, we correct it and update the page's review date.
  • For licensing and regulatory facts, the GRA's own list is the final authority and takes precedence over ours.

Operator complaints

If your report is about an experience with an operator — a withdrawal that won't pay, an account closure, a bonus dispute — we factor it into our editorial assessments, and a pattern of serious problems can get an operator dropped from our tested operators list. For your own recourse, a licensed operator can be escalated to the GRA; see verify a licence and the register to confirm an operator is licensed first.
