Our register is neutral fact — every licensed operator, listed equally. Our tested operators page is the one place we give an opinion, and this page explains how we form it, so you can judge it for what it is: experienced suggestion, not a guarantee and not a paid placement.
What we check
We open real accounts and use the operators ourselves. In testing we look at:
- Licensing first. An operator has to be GRA-licensed to be considered at all — it's the non-negotiable starting point, not a bonus point.
- Deposits and withdrawals. Real M-Pesa transactions, how reliably and quickly withdrawals are paid, and how clear the process is.
- Product quality. Whether the sportsbook, casino, or crash-game product is solid and stable in everyday use.
- Support. Whether help is reachable and useful, in English and Swahili.
- Promotions — read honestly. We note what's genuinely useful (e.g. withdrawable, low-rollover offers) and ignore headline size. We never present a promotion as a way to beat the house edge.
What we don't do
- We don't rank operators or score them — we group them by what each does best.
- We take no commission from any operator named, and use no affiliate or tracking links.
- We don't claim any operator is "safe" to bet large, or that any product gives you an edge. The house edge stands regardless of where you play.
It's a snapshot
Operators change — products, payouts, and promotions move over time. Our opinions reflect our testing as of the date shown on the page; treat specific promo details as a snapshot, not a guarantee, and always check an operator's current terms. A pattern of serious problems (reported by us or by readers) can get an operator dropped from the tested list. If you've had a bad experience, tell us via our corrections and complaints route.
