Licence numbers follow the GRA's categories: BK is a sportsbook (bookmaker) licence, PG is a public-gaming (casino) licence, and PL is a public-lottery licence. The licensed company is the legal entity that holds the licence — it often differs from the brand name you see advertised, which is normal. Check that the company named in MSport's own terms and conditions matches the one above. An operator may only legally offer what its licence covers.
